How To Wear Puff Sleeves

Tops with dramatic oversized shoulders are this season's new statement sleeve. While it's pretty much a love/hate thing and it’s not really a new trend, the new puff sleeve tops have a modern and futuristic twist this spring, very different to the 80's style. The voluminous, dramatic silhouette can be tricky to style, but I have some tricks up my puffed sleeve and ideas on how to wear puff sleeves.

Elegant Puff Sleeve Top add a belt. Being it corset or a wide or tie, a belt will create a feminine silhouette and bring balance to the oversized shape of the sleeves.

Up oversized, down slim. If you are wearing a voluminous top, then opt for a slimming bottom also for balance. These bottoms can be feminine skirts and fitted jeans or trousers.

High-waisted. If you'd rather skip the belt, then opt for high-waisted straight-legged jeans or wide legged trousers. Trust me, it's a perfect match.

What are your thoughts on this trend? Love it or hate it? Let me know in the comments below and if you have any other styling tips on how to wear puff sleeves.
